The Sense of Making

The Sense of Making is a series of books that explore craft as a creative, sensory, and reflective practice through analogue printing methods. Each book functions as a space for immersion, where intuition and materiality unfold based on a single print technique.

Transformations

Book design of three selected Grimm’s fairy tales in the Transformations collection. The tales Jorinda & Joringel, Iron John, and The 12 Brothers all revolve around the theme of transformation, which is explored through experimental illustrations. The book is hand-bound with a screen-printed and embossed cover.

Shellscapes

The series Shellscapes consists of three silkscreen prints that explore the interaction between hardness and softness through various compositions featuring seashells as the central motif. By deconstructing the shells, the contrast between texture and tactility is examined in a dynamic interplay that highlights both the robust and delicate qualities of the materials.
